1. Eligibility for Returns
We want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the following conditions:
- Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories included.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required for all returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance.
- Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration.
- For hygiene reasons, in-ear audio products (earbuds, in-ear headsets) cannot be returned if opened or used, unless they are faulty upon arrival.
3. Requesting a Return
To initiate a return:
- Email gearblaze@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving your item, including:
- Your order number
- Product details
- Reason for return
- Supporting photos if the item is damaged or defective
- We will respond within 2 business days with approval and instructions on how to return your item.
4. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure the item is returned safely, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
5. Inspection and Refunds
Once your return is received, we will inspect the item within 3 business days:
- If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
- If the returned item is not in its original condition or does not meet our return criteria, we reserve the right to reject the return or provide a partial refund.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please initiate a return for the item you wish to return, and place a new order for the desired product.
7. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order details and clear photos of the issue.
- We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost to you.
